THE MEMOIRS OF BABUR. The 'Memoirs of Babur' or Baburnama are the work of the great-great-great-grandson of Timur (Tamerlane), Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur (1483-1530). As their most recent translator declares, 'said to 'rank with the Confessions of St. Augustine and Rousseau, and the memoirs of Gibbon and Newton,' Babur's memoirs are the first-and until relatively recent times, the only-true.

Gone: A Memoir of Love, Body, and Taking Back My Life by Linda Olson: In this inspirational, gritty, funny and courageous memoir, Olson talks about becoming a triple amputee in a train accident at. A memoir is a historical account written with personal knowledge and experience covering the lifetime of an individual, usually with a greater purpose or message within it. How is this different than an autobiography? I know what you’re thinking, “Aren’t they the same thing?”.

Memoir Of A Geisha Movie
This is the website for Charla Muller and her new book “365 Nights: A Memoir of Intimacy.” In case you haven’t heard (and there’s a very, very good chance you haven’t), Charla wrote a sweet, G-rated, very modest book about doing the deed with her husband every day for a year. Crazy, huh? What the heck was she thinking?
Memoir Of A Geisha Book
Before we get started, though, Charla has some great news! Her good friend, Rev. David Woody, has written a couples Bible Study guide to accompany 365 Nights. You’ll find it posted here on the wesbite under Bible Study & Book Clubs. We welcome your feedback and input as we look for creative ways to discuss 365 Nights in the context of faith, marriage and lifelong commitment.
The Mullers had a solid marriage and two kids but over the years, the “deed” had fallen low on their to-do list (who are we kidding, it fell low on Charla’s list). The lack of intimacy wasn’t causing them to drift apart, exactly, but they weren’t really feeling the mojo in their nearly 10-year relationship either. In the past, Charla might have made some glib comment about how solid relationships are built on intellectual connections, a fab sense of humor and semi-compatibility during periods of incredible stress (like getting two kids under the age of four fed, bathed and in bed before American Idol). But eventually Charla realized that De Nile was’t a cul-de-sac in a cheap subdivision in Waxhaw. So the couple embarked on a year of scheduled intimacy – trading television and email for some time together every day. Good days, bad days. Happy months, sad months. But overall, a veddy intahesting year.
While the year is over, she’s blogging away (starting in January) about life after “the Gift,” including her idiotic idea to take an online screenwriting class, her new year’s resolution (a personal trainer that she has to finance) and still keeping the mojo in her marriage. Visit often for updates on the book, Charla’s hectic life and her life after “it.”
